Named “Nesbury”, the two-storey home at 40 Shelley St, Elwood, is set on an 805sq m corner woodcut metres from the foreshore.

Materials including limestone surfaces, contumely tap ware and the front entry’s limestone paving add a touch of elegance.
Outdoors, the sundeck and pool sit near a pavilion featuring an outdoor kitchen.
The main bedroom has a balcony and dressing room, while a study and retreat provides space to relax or work.
“The parents’ retreat is amazing, the room is right off the bedroom and you can literally hibernate yonder and there is moreover what can only be described as a six-star, resort-style ensuite,” Mr Kasper said.
Nesbury was “an entertainer’s dream”, the wage-earner added.
“You could hands host 100 people there,” he said.
Other drawcards include hydronic heating, refrigerated cooling, split system heating and cooling, video intercom entry and a double garage with rear driveway access.
